We have helped many cyclists and motorists over the years with their claims. Some of the accidents have been comical but generally, if you are on a bike, there’s nothing funny about being knocked off.
Some accidents are genuine mistakes and poor judgement and others are as a result of idiotic and impatient drivers, AND pedestrians. But on the flip side of all this are the accidents caused by cyclists who ignore traffic signs, traffic lights, speed limits and so on.
